Last five decades, NITIE has been at the forefront of encouraging productivity in all aspects of the industry, by creating exemplary engineering managers who can take up key positions in top management

and perform par excellence. This has been possible due to availability of high quality of intellectual capital and use of appropriate academic processes in the institute. Fellow (Doctoral) programme at NITIE offers a curriculum that provides opportunities to fellows to acquire skills to conduct high quality research and create new knowledge to enhance productivity in organizations. The programme is structured to engage scholars with cutting edge research interests by providing viable utilitarian solutions foreseeing the complex problems that society may face in future.

In pursuit of new knowledge, NITIE facilitates access to various research tools and databases to conduct quality research. Our objective is to address the problems that the industrialized society is facing today and provide sustainable solution with an eye on future.
